Vendor Registration Form

Michigan Hands on Haiti will be holding our annual event at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church 1100 Lone Pine Rd, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302. The event will take place on

November 30th, 2019 from 2pm - 4pm.

We will provide each vendor with 1 8-foot banquet table. We have limited supplies and space, so if you need additional tables, please contact us ASAP (you can mention it in the form below). We will accommodate as much as possible. We are only allowing one vendor of a particular genre (e.g. skincare, makeup, clothing, etc.). Tables are assigned on a first come first served basis and dependent upon the type of product/service you are selling.

In an effort to be fair to you, we are setting a vendor registration deadline of November 20th, 2019. By November 25th, 2019 we will either confirm or decline your registration. Of course you will have the option of being placed on a waiting list if your registration is declined.

We are offering setup November 30th at 10am. Doors will be open to the public at 2pm.

Refreshments will be provided by Michigan Hands on Haiti.

Please submit the registration form below.

Thanks for submitting!

We will be back with you as soon as possible. Keep an eye on your email!
